Tea Time!: Decaf Chai & Boyfriend

Boyfriend came over again today. Yay! He decided to have some "regular" tea (black pekoe & orange pekoe) and he picked out my tea for me. He chose Decaf Chai.
The package says,
"Decaf Chai
"Spiced Black Tea
"A satisfyingly rich blend of teas
&exotic spices."

It has "decaffeinated back teas, rooibos," --which I have no clue as to what that is-- "cinnimon, ginger, cardamom, chicory, cloves, black pepper, natural flavours and star anise."
It would be really good for winter, but it's just as good on a rainy day.

That's Boyfriend's tea. "Regular."
Sticking with the norm, that's cool too.

Taco time! Adios!

My Box & Mao

After being woken up by Boyfriend poking me in the forehead (Ma let him in) and spending most of the day with him, he decided to go fishing, which was fine.

Then it started storming.

While he was gone, I decided that I needed a proper box for mt teas. I found a box my uncle made for me. It was really pretty.

I then decided I wanted to put some sort of something on the lid so I painted a teacup. But I messed up, so I painted the whole lid white and painted "Tea" in semi-fancy letters.  I am very pleased with myself.

Then Boyfriend came over and taught me how to play a game called Mao. I'd tell you how to play, but that's against the rules. Just find someone who knows how to play and learn for yourself.

Tea Time!: Zen

Before Boyfriend went home, I asked him what tea I should drink. He picked out Zen.
The package says,
"Zen
"Green Tea
"A harmonious blend with
"lemongrass & spearmint."
This is my cup. Its my favorite mug to drink tea from. I always have a spoon as well. I would have milk in it, but we need to go to the store. (Fail on us!)

This tea is fabulous. Its minty, but calming. I love it.:)

Tea Time!

A few weeks before my birthday, I decided I was absolutely in love with herbal tea. I'd never had any, but I loved it nonetheless. I asked for some for my birthday & received twenty bags of chamomile from a great friend.

Recently, my boyfriend went on a road trip and he took tea from every hotel they stayed in for ten days. (Its not stealing because that's what its there for.) He came home with fifteen different kinds, including "Yellowstone Wild Huckleberry." ITS DELICIOUS.

Today, Boyfriend's mom gave me some Snapple tea bags and some peppermint.

Together, I have 18 different kinds of tea. (I didn't mention the Orange & Black Pekoe because that's "regular" tea. As in the kind they serve at McDonalds.)

Yesterday, I drank some huckleberry tea with milk & sugar. It was fabulous.

I believe I am going to do a little research and eventually throw a tea party. It shall be fantastic.

I'm sure there will be more to come on my tea adventures.

Restart, For the Bajillionth Time

I swear, I pretty much gave up on my previous blog "project." It was tedious.

So, I'm restarting.

I've tried writing about myself, it was lame.

I've tried writing about other people, but I couldn't keep up.

I've tried writing comics, but I'm not Allie Brosh, the author of the most fabulous blog EVAR.

I've read countless blogs about cooking, kids, love, God, & more.

I'm going to blog about EVERYTHING. It will be amazing.

Yes... yes it will.

Woo!
